It is planned to release 5.5 crore new LPG connections during next five years through Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitaran (RGGLVs) and other distributorships. IOC have already advertised locations for RGGLVs and have commenced the selection process.

- Every district getting covered to 50%.
- Every State achieving a minimum coverage of 60%.
